Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Global InfoTek, Inc. - it is our primary measure of success. And we believe that communication is vital
to achieving this satisfaction.
If you are a potential government customer, let us hear directly from you. We will quickly respond to your inquiries and provide all needed information. We
can also assist you in the initial development of Task Orders and in writing any related Justification and Authorization.
Upon Task Order initiation, the work will be performed in close communication with the customer, often using an Integrated Product Team. This will assure
all stakeholders that the right work is getting done the right way the first time, and that changes are being identified and managed as they occur.
We are very proud of our work supporting the Department of Defense since 1996. Past awards for Customer Satisfaction include two from the Defense Advanced
Research Project Agency (DARPA). These include the 2004 Significant Technical Achievement Award and the 2005 Front-Line Team Sustained Excellence by a
Performer Award
