applies autonomic computing technology to support mission-critical applications on tactical networks. This proven technology allow soldiers and field support engineers (FSEs) to remotely monitor and repair networks, systems, and applications in real-time. This combat-proven capability allows FSEs to detect incipient problems before a system fails, and proactively respond. This results in unprecedented up-time. GITI's Remote Admin Desktop lets operators remotely track a mission-critical system’s “vital signs” over wired or wireless tactical LANs, eliminating the need to deploy permanent on-site FSEs with each deployed system.

Network Operations and VoIP Services

GITI is providing network operations services for the day-to-day technical operations of multi-vendor networks worldwide. Our IT Infrastructure Engineering services including design, configuration and maintenance of advanced IP based networks.  We provide end to end services including procurement, asset management and installation of hardware systems to helpdesk, systems and network administration and support.  Our experience includes providing Network Operations Center (NOC) support for a variety of high profile clients.

Voice over IP Interoperability Solution - WAVE

WAVE® software technology enables users to build and operate secure, interoperable, and highly scalable, communications solutions in the world’s most demanding environments.  With this trusted and proven technology, soldiers and field support engineers have a platform that uses standards-based software and commercial off-the-shelf hardware to quickly build and establish rock-solid communications networks when comms are absolutely indispensable.  With a WAVE-enabled network, radio systems of any type can interoperate seamlessly regardless of make, model, and frequency.  Analog, IP, and even cellular telephones can be patched in to a radio network and used as push-to-talk devices to transmit and receive radio voice traffic.

The ability to establish secure, reliable communications in hostile environments like Iraq and Afghanistan has proven to be a tremendous force protection asset.  It gives soldiers the ability, in the field, to establish voice communications with other units who are not using the same radios, frequencies, or encryption protocols.  Having this ability all but eliminates miscommunication between entities fighting for the same goal and ensures that intelligence reaches every echelon of the fighting forces.
